  • After submitting your booking request, you’ll hear from us within 48 hours to schedule a brief consultation via phone or text.

    Once details are confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to pay the non-refundable retainer, which officially reserves your date and time.

    After payment, a confirmation email will be sent with your shoot details, including the location and next steps.

  • A non-refundable retainer of 30% of your selected package is required to secure your shoot date and time. This amount will be applied toward your total balance.

    • A 30% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

    • The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours prior to your shoot. Payments may be made via Zell or the online invoice.

    • Any additional retouching requests will be invoiced separately after your request is confirmed.

  • Please notify us as soon as possible, via text, if you’re running late. Sessions will still end at the scheduled time, and a $25 late fee will apply if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.

    • Short Reels: 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday)

    • Overall: 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday)

  • All pricing and fees are listed on the Packages page.

  • You’ll receive your image proofs via email within 1-2 days.

    You’ll then select your favorites by either:

    • Favoriting the images in the gallery, or

    • Sending the file names via email or text.

    Once selections are submitted, final retouching and turnaround time will begin.

  • We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

    • Reschedules made 48+ hours before your session may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.

    • Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the session will result in the loss of the retainer.

    • No-shows are non-refundable and will require a new booking and retainer.

    All retainers are non-refundable and secure your session date and time.

  • Yes, absolutely. We’ll guide you through poses during your session to help you feel comfortable and confident, while keeping everything natural and flattering.

  • Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring up to two guests for support during your session. Having someone with you can make the experience more comfortable and enjoyable.

    This is highly recommended.
